To help you through his process we offer an initial consultation free of charge and with no obligation. During this time we will be able to discuss what you would like to achieve and will explain how our services could help you, as well as clearly explain what it will cost. We can work to any budget and provide services from a simple consultation to a full renovation. Our fees are dependent upon the size and complexity of the project you wish us to undertake, but broadly speaking are based upon an initial design fee with additional sourcing & design charged at an hourly rate. For the basic design fee we will provide you with: A site survey A mood board, which gives you a flavour of how the room will look Presentation of the design ideas to include fabric, flooring, lighting & wall samples As a guide, a design scheme for a lounge would start at £350. If you would like us to find furniture, art, and all the trimmings that pull a design scheme together and make it look complete we are happy to do this for you. Sourcing is charged at an hourly rate of £40. If you have a problem with a particular room or the general layout of your house or office etc, don't worry – you don't have to have a full design done. We can come out to see you and discuss designs, colours, layout, lighting, etc – whatever you need. We offer consultations giving guidance and expert advice at our hourly rate of £40 rather than a full design fee. If you don't wish to implement the design yourself we can arrange all this for you. A full project management service is available and is charged at a percentage of the contract value, dependent upon the size of the contract.
